QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

Ask a Question
  • I have an 8 foot door could you tell me if this extension rail measures measures out to 120 inches

The rail will work on a 7-foot high garage door. If you have an 8-foot high garage door you would need to add the extension kit (39027R for the chain rail).

  • I purchased a genie garage door opener from home depot for a 10ft. height door. They said they can t get one. the Genie is a 750 3/4 HPc. I need the 10 ft. rail. Thank in advance for your help!!

That will not work on a 10-foot high garage door. The extension kit to add to the rail that comes with the Genie 750 model would only work on up to an 8-foot high garage door.
