Finding the Serial Number on a Genie Garage Door Opener
See the tips below on finding your serial number. If you have any of these models below, with a serial number that begins with a 13 or higher, then your garage door opener will work with the Wireless Wall Console.
If your garage door opener powerhead looks like this, the serial number will be on the back panel of the power head on a white sticker. (It is also on the owners manual if you have your copy).
If your garage door opener powerhead looks like this, the serial number will be under the light/ lens cover on a white sticker. (It is also on the owners manual if you have your copy).
