I would like to know the correct coupler to use for my Genie garage door opener model 2024 it isn’t opening/closing but the motor is running so I would like to replace the coupler
There is no coupler on the belt models. Have you checked the sprocket? Check part 38416A.S., it sits on top the powerhead and the belt runs around it. If it is broken it will need replaced.
