Does this low temp lube go on the hinges as well? Or just the chain. Do you also spread it onto the track and rollers? Thanks
For the door hinges, tracks and rollers we recommend checking with your door manufacturer or manual for the appropriate type of lubricant.

Is lubriplate low temp necessary in Las Vegas Nv winters? Could I use one of the less expensive Genie brands of lubricant?
You should be able to use the normal screw drive lubricant with no issues.
