No, the Replacement Chain Drive Rail- C-Channel- 38245R.S is not compatible with the PMX500IC/B, unfortunately there is no available rail for this model due to the age.

Do you sell just the middle C-Chanel and a connector?
Sorry no, we do not offer the rail sections individually only as a set. We do offer the rail connector separately 38178R.S. This is available by calling us at 800-354-3643.

No, we do not. This will only work on up to an 8-foot high garage door with the added extension kit.

No, it will not. We no longer have the replacement rails for the GCG350ML.

No, there is not. You would need the rail for the 10' foot door. This would have to come from a professional Genie dealer.

This complete rail is for a 7-foot high door. If you have an 8-foot high door, you would also need the extension kit, 37301R.
