Do have Smart WiFi Garage Door Opener for Genie model 12A (12 pin, no learn or program button)?
Can you please give me the model and place where I can purchase it?
Will it need any conversion part?

Please make sure that you have notifications enabled on your phone, for the app to work properly. If notifications on your phone is disabled, then notifications in the app will not work. If that feature is enabled on your phone, please ensure you have the most recent update to the app, and log out and log back in, you can also reach our Aladdin support specialists at 1-866-599-4995. As Dee Meineke wrote about 3 months ago, I, too, am no longer getting notifications that my garage door is opened or closed. Everything else in the app seems fine, including the History, but not receiving Notifications is a serious problem. WHERE ARE RESOLUTIONS TO PROBLEMS POSTED HERE FOUND?

I am no longer getting my notifications that my garage door is opened or closed. Everything in the app appears to be in order.

In addition to being able to control with multiple iPhones (is there a maximum number) can you also control with a regular visor or keychain remote? If so, what is the maximum number of key fob/visor type remotes that can be programmed in addition to using with iPhones?
