What is the difference between model 7155 and model 3120? Does the 3120 work with Alexa?
The 3120 does work with Amazon Alexa, as does the 7155 models. The 3120 is a professional model, it can be purchased and installed by a Genie Pro dealer. The 3120 will have a one-piece rail, the 7155 will have a 3-Piece rail and is sold in retail stores.

You can add LED light bulbs to the 7155-TKV. We do recommend if you want LED light bulbs to use the Genie LED bulbs since they are made for garage door openers, but you can also use other bulbs. You will just want to make sure they will not cause interference with the range of wireless devices.

There's limited clearance above the garage door to the ceiling. For the 7155 model, how should I measure to be sure there's enough room? (To the finished ceiling there's currently about 11 inches above the finished opening of the door, and about 2-1/2" above the opened door.)

A one-piece garage door does not have sections. Most normal garage door openers today, have 4 or more panels- making it a sectional door. The "One-Piece" door tilts up and open (all together not in sections), normally using extension springs. This model can work on a double door.

This is normal. If your are referring to the sensors at the bottom, under normal operation, one will be solid red, the other will be solid green. If you are referring to an LED on the motorhead that is remaining red, that would indicate the WiFi has not yet been set up. -
