How do I connect to my genie ultra quiet 3/4 belt drive to my home link in my auto
Here are the instructions for programming your Homelink to your QuietLift 750 3/4 HPC Ultra-Quiet Belt Drive Garage Door Opener garage door opener.
If you have nothing else programmed into your HomeLink:
Press and hold the two outer buttons on the HomeLink until the HomeLink light begins to flash. Release the buttons. How do I program a universal clicker brand remote to this model and is there a way to adjust how fast it opens and closes as it seems a lot slower than my previous 1/2 hp opener.
The Clicker remote is our competitor Chamberlains product. You would need to contact them in regards to programming instructions, we are not able to assist with that.
Purchase light cover?
The light cover for the QuietLift 750 is 38126A.S.
Is there a door assembly replacement part for Model #1055?
What part are you looking for?
I have a 1/2 hp craftsman , will the 3/4 motor open door to fast ? Or will it open close at same speed..?
I am not sure how fast the Craftstman garage door opener opens your garage door. The QuietLift 750 Genie garage door opener would have opening speeds of up to 7.0 inches per second. It will close slower than it opens.
Can I connect other universal remotes to it
Yes, you can.
My garage has a very low ceiling. What is the minimum height between the opened door and the finished ceiling. I have an old Sears 1/2HP chain drive unit that just barely fits and want be sure this unit will fit.
You need at least 2 1/2 inches above the highest point of travel of the garage door to install the garage door opener.
Is there an extension ket for this garage door opener? Where can I but it. On the box it says that I can use EKTB kit but cannot find.
Can you purchase a smartphone adapter for this model?
Yes, you can add the Aladdin Connect Smart Garage Door Controller.
Is there an extension kit to convert this model to open an 8' door?
Yes, there is. It is extension kit part number 39026R, model EKTB.
Using a pre-installed electric wire from powerhead (garage opener) to the wall console (wired garage opener), which has 2 wire connector. Pre-installed electric cable has 4 strands of different colors, i.e., black, red, yellow and green. Black and red are connected to terminal 3&4 and also to the wall console. Everything works well except for the Bulb. Is Green and/or yellow wire need to be connected and which terminals for the bulb to work or Black and red are sufficient ? Thanks. P.S. Garage door is working fine with remote control and wall console except the bulb is not coming on every time garage is opened or close. In addition, bulb is not working even when bulb button is pressed on wall console.

Does the lighted wall console in the QuietLift 750 have a motion detector to turn on the open light when motion is sensed
No, it does not.
Hi, I have Quietlift 750 and it has a problem to close a door. The red light at the receiver is dead, so I bought and I stalled new infra sensor. The red light is still off and checked voltage on the wires. It is only 0.4V at receiver and the other side has 10V. Can you guess what the problem is related? Please guide me how to fix it.
There could be a break in the wiring. Did you but Genie Safe-T-Beam replacements?
Just installed the quite lift 750 model # 1055 and want to know why I have to continue to hold the wall button for the garage door to go back down, we just used the old sensors from from the previous opener and checked the sensor eyes and they are fine. Why are we having to hold the button in order for the door to go back down. Do we have to use the Genie sensors included specifically , please help.
Yes, this is because the Safe-T-Beams are not working. You should use the new ones included with the 1055. YOu should be able to use the old wiring but replace it with the new sensors.
What do I need to get for a 8' high x16' wide door?

I have 2 garage doors and am replacing only 1 opener now. If I get the QuietLift w/ pre-programmed remotes, and then replace the opener for the other door, can I program the remotes to open both doors?
Yes, as long as the other garage door opener is also a Genie Intellicode model as well.
Is there an extension kit for a 8’ x 9’ door?
If the door is 8' high, you can use the 39026R extension kit. If the door is 9' high, there is no extension kit for that height.
Does this model wok for a 7 high x 16 wide garage door?
Yes, as long as the door is well balanced.
Can the rail system be shortened?
This models rail and belt cannot be cut down.
Can I wire a push button to the powerhead of a quiet live 750?
Yes, you can add a wired push button to the QuietLift 750 models.
Is there an extension kit available for a 12' high x 8' wide garage door?
No, this will not work on a 12-foot high garage door.
Where do the wires go for seniors and opener go.
On the powerhead of the garage door opener, you will find the terminals under the light bulb cover. You will attach the wires for the Safe-T-Beams to terminals 1 and 2.
