Excelerator® Screw Drive Series Garage Door OPeners
The Genie Excelerator Series screw drive garage door openers were one of our most popular selling models and many of them are still installed and working strong today. That is why these replacement parts are made for do-it-yourself installation to get your garage door opener functioning quickly again.
The Excelerator series screw drive models were all Intellicode model garage door openers. They will all work with our current style of Genie Intellicode accessories (remotes, keypad, Aladdin Connect and more).
The Excelerator models H8000, H8000-07, H8000D, ISD990, ISD995, ISD1000, PRO99, PRO99-2IC, PRO99FN, CMD9900 all came with the following safety features:
Safe-T-Beam Non-Contact reversing system, Safe-T-Reverse contact reversing system, Safe-T-Stop timed reversing system, Force control guard, Automatic lighting system (uses two 60 watt light bulbs), manual emergency release, and self-diagnostic troubleshooting light.
